How buying a gun in Guthrie works
Pick an FFL dealer near you that accepts shipped transfers and name it at checkout. We confirm their license and ship the firearm to them. Ammunition, optics and parts ship straight to your door where Oklahoma law allows.
Oklahoma has no purchase permit, no registration and no waiting period. The dealer runs the federal NICS check when you complete ATF Form 4473, 18 for a rifle and 21 for a revolver. Bring a photo ID with your current address. Your firearm ships to the Oklahoma dealer you choose, who charges their own transfer fee; ammunition and leather ship to the door.
