Super in the name means this Wrangler gets an upgrade over the standard model. The Ruger Super Wrangler is a single action revolver in .22 LR, with a 5.5 inch barrel and six rounds, finished in black.

A 5.5 inch barrel gives more sight radius than the short Wrangler. That adds up to better accuracy at the range. The weight is still light, so it is comfortable all day.

If you want a rimfire single action from a company with a long record in the field, this is the model to look at. Ruger revolvers are known for being tough and for honest function. The Wrangler series uses an aluminum alloy frame to keep weight low.

Use it for plinking, small pests and teaching. Kids and new shooters get the best out of a rimfire. Adults will enjoy the low cost per shot. Spend a day at the range learning how it shoots with different loads, and write down which ones group best.

The price is mid range for a rimfire revolver. The listing is new. It ships to your FFL dealer for the background check.
