A used Wrangler is a cheap ticket to single action shooting, and this one is priced under two hundred dollars. It is chambered in .22 LR with a 4.6 inch barrel, a fixed front sight and a six round cylinder. The finish is black Cerakote.
The seller says the revolver has been fired and will have residue present. There are wear marks on the cylinder. The action, finish and bore appear to be in good condition. The seller adds a disclaimer that the firearm has not been test fired. It is sold as described, so take that into account and have your dealer look it over at pickup.
For plinking, it is a sound choice. Rimfire ammunition is cheap and mild, and a Wrangler is light enough that a youngster can hold it with supervision. Clean it before the first outing and check function by hand.
This is not a collectible. It is a working rimfire revolver at a fair price, and it can serve for years of casual shooting.
It ships to your FFL dealer, where the background check is done.
