Plain and honest, the Cimarron Frontier is a single-action revolver chambered in .45 Long Colt. It has a 4.75 inch barrel, a six round cylinder, and a blued finish.

The Frontier follows the old Colt design that cowboys carried. For a match shooter, it is a reliable choice for a first stage. For a rancher, it is a solid belt gun.

Pairing it with a lever rifle in .45 Colt saves on ammunition. Practice the loading and unloading routine until it is smooth. Wipe it down after each day in the weather.

Firearms ship to a licensed FFL dealer you choose at checkout. The dealer handles the background check when you pick it up, so line one up before you order. Buy it for the job you have in mind, and keep a cleaning kit and a few boxes of ammunition ready for the first outing. Check local transfer and ownership rules in your state before you place the order. Ask us about fit, wear or what comes with it before you order. Fit matters, so shoulder it at the dealer and check that it comes up naturally.
