Heritage is known for cheap revolvers, and the Model 92 brings that spirit to lever rifles. This one is chambered in .44 Remington Magnum and finished in polished black.

At about seven hundred dollars, it is cheaper than most lever guns. That price makes it a good option for someone who wants a pistol caliber rifle without spending much. The 92 pattern is a classic, with a short, slick lever that works fast.

A .44 Magnum carbine pairs well with a .44 revolver. Using one cartridge in both is practical. You can shoot .44 Special for easy practice if the maker's manual allows it.

Polished black looks sharp and resists glare. Use it for deer in close cover, hogs and general ranch duty. A short test session will tell you how it feeds and shoots. Take a few minutes at the dealer counter to handle it, work the action and check how it fits your shoulder or hand before you leave.

The listing is new. It ships to your FFL dealer for the background check. Expect a plain working rifle rather than a showpiece, and judge it by how it shoots.
