Lever guns are not just for short range anymore. The Henry Long Ranger is chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, a round known for long-distance accuracy, in a blue and black finish.

The action uses a rear-locking bolt, which allows spitzer bullets to be used safely. That matters because it stretches the reach of a lever rifle. A hunter can take deer and hogs at farther distances with a flat-shooting cartridge.

Mount a scope and test several loads for accuracy. It is a good option for a hunter who likes the lever but wants a modern cartridge. It handles quickly and cycles smoothly. Wipe it down after every outing and it will reward you with years of service.

Ordering is simple: pick your FFL dealer, and we ship to them. The background check is done when you collect. If a detail matters to your decision, send a question first and compare the answer with the photos. Give the photos a slow look at full size; they show finish and wear better than any paragraph can. Keep a light coat of oil on the metal and store it somewhere dry.
