Every farm has a .22 somewhere, usually near the door. The Henry Golden Boy American Farmer Tribute turns that idea into a handsome rifle, a .22 Long Rifle lever gun with a nickel plated finish and tribute markings honoring working farm families.

The Golden Boy is Henry's well-known rimfire. It has a smooth lever, an octagon barrel in most versions, and a loading tube under the barrel. The nickel plating gives it a bright, silvery look that stands apart from the usual blued steel. Take your time loading and unloading until the routine is second nature.

A .22 LR lever rifle handles the farm chores: rabbits in the garden, squirrels in the pecans, a rat in the corn crib. It is also an enjoyable plinker for the kids, because the recoil is nothing and the lever action keeps them busy.

Hang it over the fireplace or carry it in the truck. Either way it is a good-looking piece with a real purpose. The rifle ships to your FFL dealer, where you complete the background check and take it home.
